Ways You Can Help the Fulbright Association
Support and Promote the Fulbright Experience

Your contributions to the Fulbright Association make a difference! The active support and involvement of Fulbright alumni and friends is what makes possible the Fulbright Association's work on behalf of the Fulbright Program.

Here are a few easy ways you can support the Fulbright Association.

1) Make a Charitable Contribution. Your tax-deductible financial contribution will support the Fulbright Association?s efforts to expand the impact of the Fulbright Program. Donate now with a credit card using one of the three easy methods below or download

2) Become a Member. [Join now] Joining the Fulbright Association is a great way for Fulbright alumni and friends to stay connected to the Fulbright community throughout their lives. Your membership dues support the Fulbright Association?s work to advocate on behalf of the Fulbright Program, enrich the experience for current Fulbrighters in the U.S., and facilitate lifelong connections between current and past Fulbright grantees. 3) Give a Gift Membership or Contribution. A gift membership is the perfect gift for that Fulbrighter in your life. Your gift membership will ensure he or she stays connected to the Fulbright community and will support the work of the Fulbright Association.  A gift contribution is a great gift for the person who has everything. Whether you give a gift membership or contribution, you will be supporting the Fulbright Association?s to strengthen and expand the impact of the Fulbright Program.  Make a gift contribution using one of the options below.  Go to the Gift Center now.

4) Get Involved in a Local Chapter. Each of the Fulbright Association?s affiliated chapters is run by dedicated Association members who volunteer their time to organize and coordinate activities such as enrichment programs for visiting Fulbrighters in the U.S., outreach activities to encourage Fulbright Program applications, and educational, cultural, and social events for U.S. alumni of the Fulbright Program. Contact the chapter in your area to find out how you can get involved. If there?s no chapter currently serving your area, contact Kristjen Lundberg, Director, Chapter Relations, for information on starting one.

5) Sign up for a Fulbright Association MasterCard. The Fulbright Association has partnered with Bank of America to offer an official Fulbright Association MasterCard. Bank of America donates a percentage of all charges made with the MasterCard to the Fulbright Association. Using your Fulbright Association MasterCard for your everyday purchases is a great way to support the Fulbright Association throughout the year. For additional information, please visit:

Isn't the Fulbright Association funded by the government? No. The government does not provide operating support to the Fulbright Association. The Fulbright Association, an independent, nonprofit organization, relies on the support and involvement of Fulbright alumni and friends of the Fulbright Program.

The Fulbright Association is a private, nonprofit organization which has been determined tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Membership dues and donations may be deducted as provided in the Code. Please consult your tax advisor.
